Westbrook Traded to the Los Angeles Lakers

After averaging a triple double in the Eastern Conference for the Washington Wizards, Westbrook has been traded to the Lakers for Harrell, Kuzma, KCP and the first round 22nd pick of 2021. The Lakers will also receive some picks as well. The Lakers will now suit up with Westbrook, Davis and LeBron James, 3 all-star calibre players as Westbrook returns to his home state of California. Westbrook averaged 22.2 points, 11.5 rebounds and 11.7 assists last season. This will be his 4th team, after spending 9 years in OKC he was then traded to Houston Rockets to reunite with former teammate James Harden, where he spent 2019-20 there before going to the Washington Wizards for the 2020-21 season.

Westbrook is 9x NBA All-Star and a former NBA MVP in 2017, who will team up with LeBron James who is also a former MVP.
