Vertonghen leaves Tottenham

The Belgian defender posted a heart felt message on social media announcing his departure.
He was at the club since 2012, making 232 appearances and scoring 6 goals. Although trophy less at Spurs, he will be remembered as a versatile centre back for Spurs, and a club legend.
He is now a free agent at the age of 32.
