Thomas Partey signs for Arsenal

As the transfer window shuts, Arsenal secured some last minute business with the signing of Thomas Partey from Atlético Madrid. This also sends Torreira to the club on loan.
Partey signs for a £45 million release clause. He was at Atletico from 2015-2020. Partey won the Europa League and the Super Cup during his time in Spain. He made 132 appearances with 12 goals.
