The Formula 1 To Race In Las Vegas From 2023
The FIA and the LVCVA is pleased to announce that from 2023 there will be a Grand Prix in Las Vegas. So place your bets on for a race of the ages!
The F1 used to race in Las Vegas in the 1980’s in what was known as ’the Caesar’s Palace Grand Prix’.
The race will take place during the night in November on the famous Las Vegas strip. The incredible neon lights of Las Vegas will be the background the Las Vegas Grand Prix and the third race on US soil. This Grand Prix will bring huge enthusiasm and thrills in the United States and the world for fans of Motorsport as the F1 continues to grow its global fan base.
The track is 6.12km long from start to finish with 50 laps. There will be 3 straights and 14 corners. Also included is a high speed sequence and a chicane section.
Stefano Domenicali, the President and the CEO of the F1 wrote in a statement that “there is no better place for F1 than the global entertainment capital of the world and we cannot wait to be here next year”.
