Daniel Sturridge Signs for Perth Glory

The former Manchester City, Chelsea, Bolton, West Brom, Liverpool FC and Trabzonspor talisman is bringing his striking boots down under for a year to sign for Perth Glory on a free transfer.

This news is huge for Australia after the striker has been out of a club since his last move in Turkey since 2020.

Sturridge has won A Premier League, FA Cup and 2 Champions League’s and will be a huge addition to the Perth Glory squad.

The striker is known for his injuries, if these can heal then he will be a massive addition to the A-League. He was recently training with Real Mallorca and is still only 32.
