Sheffield United Relegated, Norwich City Promoted

As the season draws to a close, several teams have had their fates already decided.

Second season syndrome has struck in Sheffield, as United are confirmed as being the first relegated team from the Premier League. They currently sit on 14 points and 12 points from safety, with 7 games left. Their 1-0 loss to Wolves sealed the deal as they will play Championship football next season.

Meanwhile, with 90 points, Norwich City will be the first team to be back in the Premier League. The last team they were in the Premier League was last season and have an immediate return to the league.
