Minamino Joins Southampton on Loan from Liverpool

Japanese midfielder Takumi Minamino has made a shock move on the closing hours of the transfer market with a move to Southampton on loan. So far he has made 19 appearances for Liverpool, earning himself a Premier League trophy last season. The loan deal is until the rest of the season, giving the Japanese player plenty of experience before he is reunited with the Premier League champions again. The loan fee is worth 500,000 pounds.
