Kai Havertz to Chelsea?

The 21 year old German international for Bayer Leverkusen has been the front page of news recently. Speculation of the young midfielder going to Bayern and Real Madrid have all emerged. However, a move to Chelsea seems to be the most likely outcome.
Kai Havertz can join fellow German Timo Werner as a new acquisition, but Chelsea will need to cough up the money. He has a market value of €81 million.
He made 43 appearances this year in the Bundesliga, contributing to 17 assists and 9 goals.
Chelsea have indicated they are keen on selling Batshuayi, Bakayoko, Alonso and Emerson in order to establish funds for Havertz.
Bayer Leverkusen have set a €90 million price tag on their hot ticket midfielder.
