Josef Bartomeu resigns as Barcelona President

After becoming Barcelona president in 2014, Bartomeu has resigned as president after a continued feud with Lionel Messi. The former president said that Barcelona have agreed to join the European Super League. This will see some of the biggest clubs in Europe competing in one big tournament.
Bartomeu has stated he wants Messi to finish his career at Barcelona.
