Bobo Returns to Sydney FC
Brazilian striker Bobo has returned for a second stint in the A-League for Sydney FC, at the age of 35.
Bobo signed for Sydney FC in 2016 from Brazilian side Gremio, for a $1 million. During his first stint at the club he broke the record for the most goals in a single campaign, (24), and the quickest to score 20 goals in a campaign, in 20 games.
He was a fan favourite and played 2 vital seasons at the club, helping the side win their first A-League title since 2009-10. Bobo would go on to win the FFA Cup, and 2 A-League titles during his 2 year stint at the club.
Bobo now returns to the club, after leaving Brazilian side Oeste on the 29th of December 2020. He signs on a one year deal.
A highly anticipated and awaited return for the striker, who will provide competition for Buhagiar and Barbarouses.
