Alexis Sanchez makes Inter deal permanent

After spending a year on loan at Inter Milan from Manchester United, Sanchez has officially joined Inter for a free transfer. He will sign a three year deal.
He scored 4 goals in 22 appearances during his loan stint and hopes to go even better on his return to Italy.
